Project Description

They have multiple symptoms, such as a desire to  fight or flee, rapid heartbeat, labored breathing, feeling your life is in danger or that you are having a heart attack, disorientation, jaw discomfort, lump in the throat, nausea, feeling that something bad is about to happen, dizziness, feeling that you are about to pass out, among many others. Panic attacks are not life threatening, they begin suddenly and can last from a few minutes to several hours. When a person is under intense daily stress, a panic attack can occur while doing something seemingly relaxing, like watching TV.

As a professional therapist, I will teach you coping skills to manage and prevent panic attacks and will work with you to identify and resolve the underlying causes of the attacks.

It is crucial to seek medical advice if this is your first panic attacks, as you need to rule out a physical illness.

I provide mental health counseling for individuals, couples and families. Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Please contact me at +359 887 601219 or through skype.
