The symptoms can range from constant worrying, sleep issues, obsessive thoughts, feeling that you are “out of control” and are about “loose it”.
There are two ways of managing your fears. One is to ignore them, hiding in your comfort zone. The other is to actively and purposefully confront the fears, which leads to happiness and freedom from anxiety. As a professional counselor, my goal is to teach you methods for managing anxiety and achieving your goals.
